Salvia officinalis sage leaves

These herbs are hand-picked and hand-processed on the Altai Mountains in Russia.

Application:
Variant 1 - pour boiling water over the entire contents of the packaging and let it simmer gently for 15 minutes, then strain through the sieve into the bath water.
Variant 2 - put the entire contents of the packaging in a small cloth bag, put it in the bathtub, then let the water run over it and gradually squeeze out the bag while you are bathing.

Recommendation: bathe for 20 minutes at 37°C
