Application:
Option 1 - pour boiling water over the entire contents of the package and simmer gently for 15 min, then strain through a sieve into the bathwater.
Variant 2 - put the entire contents of the package into a cloth bag, place it in the bathtub, then let the water run over it, squeezing the bag little by little while bathing.

Recommendation: bathe for 20 min at 37°C
