1. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal instructions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Withdrawal period To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of revocation before the revocation period expires.

2. CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

Refund If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Payment methods For this refund, we use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

Return of goods You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

Return shipping costs You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Loss of value You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

3. EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded
• Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery

5. VOLUNTARY RETURN GUARANTEE

In addition to your legal rights, we offer you a voluntary 30-day return guarantee for goods that are in the same condition as when received and complete.

6. SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR FOOD

Since you sell food, spirits, and perishable goods, the following additional provisions apply:

• Food can only be returned if the original packaging is unopened and the best before date has not been exceeded
• Alcoholic beverages are subject to special return regulations according to German law
• Refrigerated goods cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
