We place the highest value on protecting your data and safeguarding your privacy. Therefore, we inform you below about the collection and use of personal data when using our online shop.

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the data. Non-provision has no consequences. This only applies as long as no other information is provided in the following processing operations.

a) Server log files
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Usage data is transmitted by your internet browser with each access to our website and stored in protocol data (server log files). These stored data include, for example, the name of the accessed page, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider. We use your email address only to process your inquiry. Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.

c) Customer account
When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. The data processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.

d) Orders
When ordering, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill and process your order as well as to handle your inquiries. Providing the data is necessary for concluding the contract. Failure to provide the data means that no contract can be concluded. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. Exceptions are only our service partners, whom we need to process the contractual relationship or service providers we use within the scope of order processing. In addition to the recipients named in the respective clauses of this privacy policy, these include, for example, recipients of the following categories: shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for order processing, web hosts, IT service providers, and dropshipping dealers. In all cases, we strictly observe the legal requirements. The scope of data transmission is limited to a minimum.

e) Use of the email address for sending newsletters

4) Transfer of personal data
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. Exceptions are only the service partners involved in the contract processing, such as the logistics company commissioned with the delivery and the credit institution responsible for payment matters. d) Use of Paypal

e) Our online shop is operated on the e-commerce platform "Shopify", an offering of Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (hereinafter "Shopify").

For the purpose of contract processing, order handling, and technical provision of our online offer, personal data (e.g., name, address, email address, payment information) is transmitted to Shopify and processed on their servers. This is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an economic and secure operation of our online shop).

Shopify may also transfer this data to affiliated companies and subcontractors outside the EU, especially to Canada and the USA. Shopify ensures an adequate level of data protection through appropriate measures, in particular by concluding standard contractual clauses according to Art. 46 GDPR.

f) Klaviyo (Newsletter & Pop-up Forms)

We use the service "Klaviyo" for sending newsletters and displaying pop-up forms (e.g., for newsletter registration with discount offers), an offering of Klaviyo Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02111, USA.

If you sign up for the newsletter via a form displayed on our website (e.g., pop-up), the data you enter (email address and, if applicable, first name) will be stored on Klaviyo's servers. The processing is based on your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR. Klaviyo enables us to analyze user behavior to, for example, measure the effectiveness of the pop-up.

You have the right:

• pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage duration, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to complain, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
• according to Art. 16 GDPR to request the immediate correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored with me;
• according to Art. 17 GDPR to request the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
