a) Server log files

c) Customer account
When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data to the extent specified there. The data processing serves the purpose of improving your shopping experience and simplifying order processing. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us without affecting the legality of the processing carried out based on the consent until the revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.
d) Orders
When ordering, we collect and use your personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfill and process your order as well as to handle your inquiries. Providing the data is necessary for concluding the contract. Failure to provide the data means that no contract can be concluded. The processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent. Exceptions are only our service partners, whom we need to process the contractual relationship or service providers we use within the scope of order processing. In addition to the recipients named in the respective clauses of this privacy policy, these include, for example, recipients of the following categories: shipping service providers, payment service providers, merchandise management service providers, service providers for order processing, web hosts, IT service providers, and dropshipping dealers. e) Our online shop is operated on the e-commerce platform "Shopify", an offering of Shopify International Ltd., 2nd Floor, 1-2 Victoria Buildings, Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland (hereinafter "Shopify").
For the purpose of contract processing, order handling, and technical provision of our online offer, personal data (e.g., name, address, email address, payment information) is transmitted to Shopify and processed on their servers. This is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment) as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in an economic and secure operation of our online shop).
Shopify may also transfer this data to affiliated companies and subcontractors outside the EU, especially to Canada and the USA. Shopify ensures an adequate level of data protection through appropriate measures, in particular by concluding standard contractual clauses according to Art. 46 GDPR.

f) Klaviyo (Newsletter & Pop-up Forms)
We use the service "Klaviyo" for sending newsletters and displaying pop-up forms (e.g., for newsletter registration with discount offers), an offering of Klaviyo Inc., 125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02111, USA.
If you sign up for the newsletter via a form displayed on our website (e.g., pop-up), the data you enter (email address and, if applicable, first name) will be stored on Klaviyo's servers.
