Leider war der Kundenservice nickt sehr individuell.
Mein Produkt kam beschädigt an.
Zu dem Zeitpunkt hätte ich noch 7 Tage für eine Lösung des Hauses gehabt.
Nachdem ich eine Email geschrieben habe bekam ich keine Antwort.
Der angebotene Chat funktionierte nur sehr zeitverzögert und nachdem man mir ernst einen 5 Euro Erlass angeboten hatte und ich erneut auf meine individuelle Problematik einging denn das knapp 60 Euro teure Produkt war als Geschenk vorgesehen mit dem Vermerk durch diese Panne in Zeitnot zu geraten, sendete man mir erneut verspätet nur den Retoureschein.
Ich habe mich als Kunde nicht individuell unf flexibel betreut gefühlt.
Das Ende vom Lied
Ich habe nun weder den Erlass von lächerlichen 5 Euro noch ein neues Produkt und musste die beschädigte Ware verschenken.
Was mir mehr als peinlich war und dem Haus ebenfalls sein sollte.
