Mugwort herb Artemisia vulgaris herba 

These herbs are handpicked and hand-processed in the Altai Mountains in Russia.

Application:
Option 1 - pour boiling water over the entire contents of the package and simmer gently for 15 min, then strain through a sieve into the bathwater.
Option 2 - put the entire contents of the package into a cloth bag, place it in the bathtub, then run water over it, squeezing the bag gradually during the bath.

Recommendation: bathe for 20 min at 37°C
